Our Manufacturing Process
Fabric Sourcing
We source performance fabrics from certified mills polyester, spandex, cotton blends, and technical weaves chosen for durability and comfort.
Pattern & Sampling
Our in-house design team creates patterns from scratch or works from your provided artwork. A physical sample is made before any bulk order begins.
Cutting & Stitching
All cutting and stitching is done in our own facility by trained staff. We run quality checks at each production stage not just at the end.
Printing & Branding
Sublimation, screen printing, embroidery, and rubber patch application are all handled in-house. No outsourcing, no delays.
Quality Control
Every finished garment is inspected against your approved sample before packing. We document and photograph the process for full transparency.
Packaging & Export
We pack to your specifications individual polybags, hanging, or bulk cartons and handle all export documentation for smooth customs clearance.
