Do you offer discounts for larger orders?

Yes. Our pricing is tiered based on quantity  the more you order per style, the lower the unit cost. We publish standard pricing in our catalogue but always provide a custom quote based on your exact requirements, as materials, print methods, and shipping costs vary.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfer (T/T), Western Union, and PayPal for smaller orders. For new buyers, our standard terms are 50% advance deposit and 50% balance before shipment. We offer open account terms to established buyers with a trading history

What happens if I receive defective or incorrect items?

We photograph and document every order before shipment. If defective or incorrect items are received, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will either replace the affected pieces or issue a credit  at no additional cost to you. We take quality issues seriously and resolve them without argument.

What happens if I receive defective items?

Yes, we provide tiered discounts based on order volume. The more you order, the greater the savings on each unit.
